How to pay tender bond:
Tender bond shall be paid by bidders in cash (pay to designated account), cashier's check or check issued by financial institutes, certified check, postal money order, bearer government bond, pledged certificate of deport by financial institutes, irrevocable letter of credit, or insurance policy with written joint guarantee of banks or insurance companies. Meanwhile, forms of payment under tender bond guarantee or other guarantee regulations shall be complied with.
Cash: pay tender bond with cash at financial institution (shall follow the details in the tender documents).

Tender methods:
1. Open tender (huge amount): NT$200 million for engineering procurement, NT$100 million for property procurement, and NT$20 million for labor service procurement.
2. Open tender (inspection amount): Over NT$50 million and less than the definition of huge amount of engineering and property procurement, and over NT$10 million and less than the definition of huge amount of labor service procurement.
3. Open tender: Over NT$1 million and less than the definition of inspection amount of engineering, property, or labor service procurement.
4. Publicly obtained quotation or proposal in writing: Over NT$100,000 and less than NT$1 million (to be decided by the involved authority based on actual needs, and to conduct price comparison, price negotiation, or announce tender award time and location accordingly).
5. Selective tender: shall be handled in accordance with Article 20 & 21 of Government Procurement Act.
